Child Labour Policy

World Wide Distributor strictly follows the Child Labour Laws in Pakistan. As Article 11(3): “No child below the age of 14 years shall be engaged in any factory or mine or any other hazardous employment.”

We arc strictly following and obeying Legislations Acts of Pakistan against Child Labour. And disgrace such prohibited act against humanity.

And “The minimum age for admission to work is raised to 15 years under Punjab Restriction on Employment of Children Ordinance 2016.”

The Employment of Children Act 1991 defines “child” as a person below 14 years of age and an “adolescent” as a person below 18 years of age.

So, we hereby certify that our employees/labour who engages in any process of mining, producing, and packaging etc. of Himalayan Pink Salt are all above the age of 22, and we are strictly following Child Labour Laws in Pakistan.
